Since 1977, American Commonwealth Mortgage Company (AAMCOM) has distinguished itself as a lender of 1st and 2nd mortgages secured by southern Nevada properties, and a broker of Trust Deed investments. Originally involved only with private investor loans, the company has in recent years expanded its services to include commercial property loans, construction and land acquisition and development loans, and most recently residential investor rehab loans.
